01 Voluntary Agreement Entry
Users can terminate site access anytime without penalty if disagreeing with updated terms. Exit Case: Users can quit browsing, log out accounts or delete accounts directly, no breach fee or credit record penalty will be generated.The platform implements voluntary service access rules. Users have the independent right to terminate all platform service access at any time if they disagree with the updated terms of service and functional rules, without any breach fee, credit record penalty or subsequent binding restriction. Exit Case: Users can actively quit page browsing, log out of personal accounts permanently or delete account data independently. All exit operations are free of charge and will not leave negative records on user personal credentials.
02 Personal Profile Setup Rule
Profile nickname, avatar and signature cannot imitate official brand identity or contain offensive wording. Rejected Case: Setting official-service, platform-admin as user nickname will be system-blocked automatically.User personal profile information including nickname, avatar, personalized signature and public display information must conform to public aesthetic and platform civilized interaction norms. It is forbidden to imitate official brand identity, use sensitive and offensive words, or set misleading and inappropriate identification content. Rejected Case: Setting titles such as official-service, platform-admin, platform-official as user nicknames to mislead other users will be automatically blocked and reset by the system, and repeated modification will trigger interactive permission restriction.
03 Defined Platform Service Scope
Included services: public browsing, manual consultation, personal preference cloud save, official message push. Excluded services: third-party jump page service, external platform transaction service, offline customized agency service.The platform has clear and standardized service scope definition. Officially provided services include full public page browsing, one-on-one manual consultation service, personal preference cloud data storage, official real-time message push and user feedback receiving service. The platform is not responsible for external extended services, including third-party jump page service, external platform independent transaction service and offline customized agency service, which are not within the platform service guarantee scope.
04 Terms Update Execution Rule
Updated clauses take effect automatically after homepage posting, no one-to-one user notification required for routine minor rule adjustment.In order to keep the service rules consistent with platform functional iteration and user experience optimization, the platform will regularly update and revise individual clauses of the terms of service. All updated clauses will take effect automatically after being publicly posted on the official homepage notice area. For routine minor rule adjustments and functional optimizations, the platform will not send one-to-one individual notification to all users, and users shall take the initiative to check the latest official rules.
